Understand the Terms of Service of using Docuhire’s services. Our policies are designed to ensure clarity for every client.
Welcome to Docuhire. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
Docuhire provides professional resume writing services, including but not limited to creating resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. Our services are detailed on our website and may vary by the package purchased.
Payment for services must be made in advance. Docuhire accepts payment via major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods as listed on our website.
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed. We have the right to reject any and all refund requests. If you are unsatisfied with the first draft of your resume or other service deliverables, you are entitled to a revision within a specified period depending on your purchased package. If, after revisions, you still believe our services have not met the expected standard, you may request a review of your case for a potential refund. Such requests must be made within 180 days of service delivery.
You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so. This includes, but is not limited to, refraining from sending spam, spreading viruses or malware, and other activities that could harm Docuhire or other users.
Docuhire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Docuhire, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the services, including, but not limited to, any use of the content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the services.
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the services provided by Docuhire shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Arizona, in each case located in Yavapai , although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Docuhire reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the services thereafter. Your continued use of the services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Docuhire regarding the services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the services.
No waiver by Docuhire of any term or condition outlined in these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by Docuhire to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
Docuhire may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any party at any time without notice to you. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
